May also include upselling. EducationHS/GED Experience TargetMinimum of 6 months customer service exp Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesSolid PC skills to include the ability to perform troubleshooting of hardware and software. Type 25 wpm. Ability to learn new skills and task quickly. Pay Rate$9.00/hr to start. Increases after 90 days, 180 days, 12 months and 24 months.
