Las Vegas Temperature Controls/HVAC company. Our client list includes: casino resorts, office buildings, State & Federal buildings. Job Description:• Perform project estimating and change order estimating.• Perform change order quoting and tracking.• Maintain bid list and update weekly.• Prepare bid summary sheets prior to bid.• Develop new project quotes.• Follow up on past quotes and bids.• Build and maintain relationships with clients.• Perform some OTC quotes/sales. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Must be able to multi-task and work well with others. Estimating experience in the HVAC controls field a plus but not required.
