The CasaBlanca Resort/Casino and Virgin River Hotel/Casino in Mesquite, NV are searching for a successful candidate for Corporate Sales Manager.Position Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in sales. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing accounts through engaging relationships via multiple contacts, travel, presentations and prospecting to secure group business with rooms, function space, and food beverage events while increasing revenues and maximizing the average daily room rate. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the Sales Department’s polices and procedures. Specific duties include: 1. Prospecting, soliciting, and booking groups which maximize revenue.2. Complete weekly prospective calls and demonstrate a conversion rate into actual sales bookings.3. Responsible for keeping information up to date for departmental reports.4. Enter accurate/complete information in Delphi system (accounts/contacts/bookings).5. Maintains good rapport with customers and always maintains composure. Is cooperative and supportive with peers, subordinates, and management.6. Achieve established sales goals. Successful candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of sales experience. • A self-starter with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with new and established clients and has excellent written and oral communication skills and telephone etiquette.• Must present a professional appearance.• Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required and basic knowledge of Delphi and LMS Office is an advantage.• Valid Driver License.
