The Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist will play a vital role in sourcing and securing property deals for Plot Property Group. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can conduct outbound outreach directly to sellers and real estate agents to identify potential investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a knack for negotiation, and the drive to achieve targets. Responsibilities:• Conduct outbound outreach to property owners and real estate agents to source potential deals.• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.• Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including distressed properties and off-market deals.• Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers to secure favorable terms.• Collaborate with the internal team to analyze properties and determine their investment potential.• Maintain a detailed database of leads, prospects, and ongoing negotiations. Qualifications:• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.• Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for identifying profitable deals.• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency in using CRM systems and real estate databases.
