Summary The Classroom preschool is looking for lead teachers assistant to care for 2-5 years old. Duties 1. Assisting the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and curriculum activities for preschool students.2. Providing guidance and support to students during classroom activities and individual work, ensuring their safety and well-being.3. Helping with classroom management by enforcing rules and regulations, promoting positive behavior, and resolving conflicts among students.4. Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment, including setting up materials, preparing materials for activities, and cleaning up after class.5. Collaborating with the lead teacher to evaluate each child's progress and development, providing feedback and assisting with individualized instruction and interventions as needed. Requirements Experience working with children, high school diploma or equivalent. Nice To Haves Experience, associate or bachelor degree in the relevant field, Cpr/First aid/Aed in pediatric field Benefits stable hours and pay
