WE NEED LABORERS IN THE PHOENIX METRO AREA! 23021 N 15th Ave Bldg. 3 Ste 106, Phoenix, AZ 85027 Stop by our job site and fill out an application - pay range is $ 18 - $22/hr. (DOE) Duties and Responsibilities in all weather conditions: Clean job site of debris to eliminate possible hazards, ensure a safe job site by removing nails from lumber, clean up trash and demolition debris, and clean and organize forms after dismantled. Clean and organize forms/materials, work truck, stakes, and lay down the yard on job sites. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure that equipment is in proper working condition and maintain supplies found on a work vehicle, such as gas, oil, and water. Lubricate and clean machinery, equipment, and tools. Install and tie rebar and wire mesh, cap rebar. Use picks, shovels, and rakes to grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately. Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures. Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantling structures after use. Load and unload trucks of materials. Report any unsafe work practices or safety hazards encountered on the job to the Foreman / Foreman Lead. May be required to perform tasks from other job descriptions depending on available work and schedules, i.e., wall/foundation building as form setter, earthwork, etc. Experience, Education, and Certifications 0 – 6 Months of experience in a similar position/industry skills and continuing education: Learn the responsibilities of the position within 30 days. Learn to operate equipment, power tools, tamper, skid steer, and forklift under direct supervision. Accomplish core job duties with minimal supervision. Continue your concrete industry education and knowledge .
