Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review SEC filings Advise stakeholders on finance and capital markets transactions Maintain corporate governance policies and procedures Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school Active license to practice law in one of the 50 states or District of Columbia Minimum of five years of experience as a corporate attorney Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and related legislation Experience in directing litigation strategy
