As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding an individual on a 1:1 basis, towards successful career paths and helping them achieve their professional goals. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Career Advisor to join our team. As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding an individual on a 1:1 basis, towards successful career paths and helping them achieve their professional goals. Your expertise and guidance will empower individuals to make informed decisions about their careers. Responsibilities: backss the pupils skills, interests, and goals to help them identify suitable career options Conduct mock interviews to prepare clients for job interviews Stay updated on current job market trends and industry developments Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to provide resources and opportunities for clients Maintain accurate records of pupils interactions and progress You will be required to spend 1hr a week online direct with the student, and 1hr planning. Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientinteractioncellent communication skills, both verbal and written Empathetic and patient approach when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of career development theories and practices Familiarity with job search strategies, resume writing techniques, and interview preparation Ability to backss individuals' skills, interests, and goals to provide personalized career.
