The Deets: Weekdays, roughly 9:30 AM - 3 PM (flexible) 3-5 days per week Attend team meetings Assist with store opening/closing procedures Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build customer relationships Ensure the store is opened on time Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products Ensure daily sales shift goals are met Ensure that you understand and consistently follow store procedures and policies Check and respond to all customer emails and voicemails immediately Ensure that stock areas are clean and orderly The Perks: Meet and work with amazing people No nights or weekend shifts (but hey, if you want to work some Saturdays we can make that happen) Our Weekday employee(s) receive 4 items at 40% off each month* + a 25% off baseline discount (outside of the 40% off 4 items per month). *Some items are excluded from the discount, ask for details
