Peloton is seeking a Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) based in our NY Headquarters who will play a critical and strategic role in strengthening, building and further defining a holistic DEI strategy across all facets of the team member lifecycle. As the Senior Manager for DEI, you will act as a business partner across all levels of the selected functional areas you support by organizing, developing, implementing and tracking progress against ongoing strategic and specific initiatives that enrich Peloton's DEI program. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply passionate about DEI and team member engagement, has strong program management skills, and is able to collaborate with a wide variety of team members, departments, leadership levels, and third parties as needed. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work closely with the DEI program team. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Collaborate with VP DEI and DEI team to develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with company goals and values. Serve as a strategic partner to functional leaders, managers and People Business Partners (PBPs) as it relates to elements of DEI strategy. Collaborate with cross functional teams to embed DEI practices into recruitment, talent development, retention and other HR processes. Prepare regular reports for leaders highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities as it relates to the DEI strategy. Represent the company in external DEI initiatives, conferences, and industry groups to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends. Build relationships with external organizations, institutions, and other key partners to support Peloton's DEI efforts and enhance our reputation as an industry leader. Identify opportunities for and assist with the development of training programs aimed at increasing awareness, understanding and cultural competency across the organization. Promote and drive adoption of equitable practices, establish key initiatives, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership, alongside the People Business Partner. Drive leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for the team member experience and diversity action plans across the organization Partner with leadership to regularly communicate internal and external diversity and engagement initiatives, events, and progress Partner with each Team Member Lead Groups as necessary to ensure that they have support to run effectively Be a consistent voice of diversity and inclusion during key culture moments Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion as a member of the People team (Human Resources) Partner with the People team to enrich our retention and team member development strategies, including training, performance and career development solutions for team members and managers. Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in our inclusion efforts. YOU BRING TO PELOTON 5+ years experience in a formal D&I position 7+ years experience in People/Human Resources role or Employee Relations Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan Experience in translating external and internal trends into innovative practices Proven track record of facilitating company-level initiatives with multiple key partners Communication experience exhibited at all levels within an organization Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, telling stories, driving decisions and measuring impact Interpersonal experience with experience developing relationships with peers and leaders across an organization Experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion Experience in scaling company-wide programs with multiple stakeholders Experience working in a high-growth tech company preferred Experience working in a high-growth company is preferred #LI-ES2 #LI-Hybrid The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
