Join the Champaign DC team in a Warehouse Selector role and receive great benefits!Starting pay rate of $19.75/hr with a pay increases at 6 months and 1 year!+$2.00 Weekend differentialWeekly paychecks and One Work option for receiving your paychecks sooner!Medical, dental and vision benefits after 30 days of employmentPaid Leave Time earned and Flexible Sick TimeEven more perks: 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, discounted child care servicesand a wellness program that puts money back in your pocket!Full-time Day Shift Schedule: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (or until work completion).5-day work schedule includes the ability to work a scheduled shift on Sundays, and guaranteed Saturdays off!Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Selects a variety of product utilizing a VoCollect Headset.Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.Transports product throughout the warehouse via electricpallet jack.Works in a fast paced environment with varying temperatures.Assists other departments with work activities when required.Promotes good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly mannerAttends work regularly and on time as scheduled.Job Requirements:Must be 18 years or older.Steel toe or composite toe footwear is requiredMust be able to lift 10pounds up to 55pounds, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from 34to 80 degrees.Must be able to work the 5 day required schedulePrevious order selection, warehouse experience such as shipping or receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred.Must be willing to consent to background check anddrug screen.Why UNFI?Join our team and immediately become part of the largest distributor of conventional, natural, organic and specialty products in the United States and Canada.
