Hourly: $18.50 Weekly Hours: 25 hours a week. Open to "Remote" Please provide a link to your Portfolio or you can submit as an attachment Purpose and Scope of Job: Provide support to Creative Media Supervisor and Lead Graphic Designer in creation and manipulation of images and graphics for print and digital projects. Maintain the brand and image standards of Sumitomo Drive Technologies through the printed and digital visualization of corporate, marketing, and promotional concepts. Provide graphics support in all media formats to support corporate initiatives. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned): Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to create visually appealing graphics for a range of materials, including web, print, training, and other media. This may involve designing technical documents such as catalogs, maintenance guides, brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations. Assist the Lead Graphic Designer in producing illustrations, photos, visuals, and graphics for print and digital media, including product and corporate literature, advertising, tradeshows, online advertising, website graphics, marketing campaigns, presentations, and training materials. Develop and present graphics, illustrations, and designs from ideation to completion, offering innovative and creative solutions to marketing projects. Adhere to established brand guidelines while providing graphic design expertise to support corporate projects. Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of graphic production for advertisements, trade shows, and other multimedia projects. Possess proficient skills in spreadsheet, database, and word processing. Create and design presentations effectively. Work is normally conducted in a typical interior/office environment, with limited physical effort and little or no exposure to physical risk Minimum Qualifications: Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, art, or similar. Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Adobe Premier, After Effects, or HTML a plus). A keen eye for Typography and color. Ability to create clean layouts. Excellent writing and speaking skills, attention to detail, and team communication. Disciplined time management and organization skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Any additional essential skills and/or knowledge as shown in the HRIS Career & Education > Skills section for incumbents holding this job title.
