The candidate will manage case files, represent the firm at various court appearances, and possess strong investigative and communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Duties:Manage case files and formulate the next course of action.Represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.Create persuasive communication materials.Utilize strong investigative skills to uncover facts and causes of action.Conduct legal research and analysis.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Prepare and file legal documents.Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience:1-3 years of civil litigation experience.1-2 years of experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields preferred. Requirements:Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Subrogation or insurance experience is a plus. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Ohio. Skills:Strong investigative skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented and organized.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
