Swim Lesson Instructor-Recreation Department Join the Aquatics Team! The City of Watertown is staffing for seasonal Swim Lesson Instructor positions. Interested individuals will be responsible for providing a safe learning environment for all participants of the aquatics learn-to swim program . Full job description can be found at https://www.watertownwi.gov/ . This is a seasonal hourly position. Hours will range from 20 hours but not to exceed 40 hours in a work week. Minimum age requirement for teaching is 16 years of age and hold a valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification. Must be available for nights. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. Starting compensation is $13.00 for individuals with out a valid/current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification and $14.00 for individuals with a valid/current WSI certification.
