Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Champaign, IL team. As one of our leaders, you will be responsible for leading the installation of HVAC systems while mentoring and guiding fellow installers. Your team will focus on ensuring the proper processes and techniques are being implemented to meet or exceed company standards and provide customers with a high-quality experience. HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of HVAC and ductwork installation experience EPA Certification Competency with basic hand tools Experience with sheet metal fabrication and high/low voltage wiring and troubleshooting Solid communication and customer service skills Are you passionate about safety?
