Job Title: Bilingual Route Salesperson (Automotive Paint) Company: Extreme Coatings Inc Location: Greensboro, NC & surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Extreme Coatings Inc, a leading distributor of automotive paint and related products, is seeking a talented Bilingual Route Salesperson to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support- Visit customer locations along assigned routes to deliver automotive paint and related products- Mix paint accurately at customer sites using specialized equipment and tools- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their painting and shop supply needs- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line and stay updated on industry trends- Identify new sales opportunities and promote additional products to existing customers- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Exceptional customer service abilities- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets- Ability to work independently and manage a designated route efficiently- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual candidates with proficiency in English and Spanish are highly desired- Experience with paint mixing and color matching techniques- Knowledge of automotive paint application methods and techniques- Familiarity with shop supplies used in the automotive industry Why Join Us: - Competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities- Dynamic and supportive work environment- Opportunity for career growth within a successful and expanding company- Be part of a passionate team that takes pride in delivering high-quality products and services to customersIf you are a bilingual sales professional with a strong background in the automotive industry and a genuine passion for automotive paint, we want to hear from you!
