Then PSI is the place for you! PSI is looking for a LPN School Health Permanent Float Substitute to support Public/Private/Charter Schools grades Preschool through 12th grade. We are seeking an LPN to help serve children in the Akron Canton Area. Mu st be available to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. ( May choose to work 2 to 5 days a week-Great flexibility!) This position would be for the 2024/2025 school year with the opportunity to continue into next year. Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and optimistic? A day in the life of an LPN As the school LPN you will assist in providing services to schools that work toward the good health and wellness of students and the improvement of health conditions in general. Friendly and personable, you warmly interact with these children, always serving them with patience and kindness. What is Required to be an LPN at PSI We expect our LPNs to have a current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing. While school health experience is preferred, it is not necessary. We want to make sure you are knowledgeable about communicable disease prevention and medication protocol.
