Sr. BI Data Analyst (Part-Time, Remote) We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. BI Data Analyst to join a real estate investment organization. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Location: Agoura Hills, CA (Remote) This job expects to pay around $63 - 72 per hour plus benefits. Estimated to work up to 20 hours per week. What Gets You The Job: Expertise in building Tableau or Power BI dashboards, preferably Power BI but happy with both Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying and manipulating large datasets. Knowledge of data bricks or similar big data processing platforms. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, time management and organizational skills. Critical thinking is a must. Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions, as well as process improvement ability. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility/adaptability, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. Willingness and ability to take a proactive leadership role on projects.
