Alopex is looking for a fully remote Director level clinical operator who has overseen Physician office or Nursing/Pharmacy staff in the past. This role will oversee our clinical team and partner with our Customer Success and Quality Assurance Teams in order to appropriately service our customer base and ensure departmental goals are met . The role is multi-faceted involving team management, customer service, relationship management, and operational knowledge of managing clinical staff while also growing the business. From an operational perspective, it requires providing knowledge and skill to establish and manage the department thru d eveloping and implementing clinical operational strategies and processes for customer implementations and day to day operations, working with Finance to ensure clients' Accounts Receivables are in order, monitoring team budgets, assisting the company in developing scalable, automated processes for operations as the company continues on a trajectory of explosive growth, contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance with all requirements, assisting the VP of Clinical Services and Chief of Staff in the successful implementation and ongoing activities of the company Quality Assurance program, attending virtual or off-site meetings, new sales presentations, conventions, tradeshows, etc as needed or requested to support the company’s growth efforts. The Director will also require skill in Customer Relationship Management, involving representing the company as a content expert in our software and hardware technology and clinical service offerings, providing customer demos, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. m aintaining excellent rapport and relationship with both internal and customer Clinical leaders and staff, anticipating and solutioning operational needs as the face to the customer daily while facilitating solutions to customer complaints, developing the customer operational review needs, reports, meeting structure, and goals and ensuring clients receive their reports and action plans timely, solutioning opportunities to grow existing client business and presenting those strategies to Supervisor, and participating in the development and facilitation of in-service training as it relates to client operational needs, projects, and processes.The position also requires skill in managing a completely remote team of clinicians. The role involves: m anaging, monitoring and analyzing the internal operational performance and productivity metrics of the clinical staff to ensure measures meet monthly and quarterly company KPIs, solutioning staffing needs and providing management of the predictive clinical staffing models needed for transitioning sales to operations for successful client onboarding, and evaluating sourced candidates, interviewing, and assisting Human Resources in the hiring and onboarding of operational team members.
