Duties:Draft and review loan documents, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.Conduct due diligence reviews and title examinations for real estate transactions.Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate agreements on behalf of clients.Prepare legal opinions and memorandum on real estate matters.Assist with the resolution of real estate disputes and litigation matters.Stay updated on relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate transactions.Supervise junior associates and legal staff as necessary. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.5-7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on loan documents, joint venture agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.Excellent academic credentials, including law school ranking and class rank.Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Skills:Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate documents.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
