If you desire to work every weekend that can be arranged.Our staff to resident ratio is 1:3 (day & eve) and 1:6 (nights) so you can build those relationships with your residents. Wage Range : $17 - $25 hour Shifts: 2p-10p or 2:15p-10:15pWe promise strong leadership support and comprehensive training to ensure your success! Primary Responsibilities of our CNA's and Home Health Aides: Maintain compassionate and authentic relationships with Residents & Clients Provide direct care to Residents & Clients with dementia and complex medical conditions, assisting them with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting Support Residents & Clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing and serving meals and distributing medication Required Qualifications Passion for assisting and caring for elderly residents. Night shift requires 1 year caregiving experience. 16+ yrs old and able to pass the MDH background check Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for 7-8 hours Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive attitude Valid Drivers License Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required) At English Rose we don’t just assume our team members are happy.
