We're seeking a vibrant, passionate, and energetic pediatric speech language pathologist to join our collaborative team of speech, occupational, and physical therapists in supporting pediatric clients and their families, All therapy services are provided in our state-of-the-art clinic located in Pflugerville, TX with convenient access to both I-35 and 130 toll road. No need to travel to school, home, or community settings! Our clinic features three fully-stocked sensory gyms and an expansive outdoor playground! Enjoy regularly collaborating with your fellow speech therapists, who carry a combined 20+ years' experience in feeding therapy, Autism, Apraxia of speech, and early intervention. Collaborate frequently with clinicians in other disciplines, treating together and problem solving to create holistic treatment plans that support the whole child.Speech therapists are responsible for initial evaluations, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing parent education to a diverse caseload of children. Here's what you can expect from us: A welcoming and inclusive team of clinicians Supportive, on-site Clinic Owner/Director Variety of age-appropriate, creative therapy materials and supplies! Our clinic has an extensive selection of toys, materials, and therapy tools to support clients with diverse needs On-site, weekly team meeting with all disciplines to collaborate and troubleshoot Administrative team that handles all scheduling, with built in admin time for paperwork and documentation in each clinician's schedule Guaranteed hours (35-40 hours, depending on your schedule and clinic's current needs); With flexibility for ½ day off/weekly Health Insurance benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) Paid time off Professional Liability Insurance reimbursement What we're looking for: Energetic, creative, flexible, and self-driven clinician with a passion for supporting pediatric clients and their families Excellent problem-solving skills and a robust understanding of evidence-based practice Ability to manage a diverse caseload of clients, including working with individuals with Autism, Apraxia, language delays and disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, feeding challenges, and stuttering. In addition, experience with implementing AAC is preferred. Passion for creating programs that improve client's functional communication skills through play-based, functional activities Team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to jump in to support fellow team members, as needed Excellent written and oral communication skills Must carry a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Must carry Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Current state of TX SLP License One year experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferred Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply!
