A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION Navy Manning Support Specialist, Norfolk, VA Skills & Abilities: Must be able to provide general program support for all facilities to which U.S. Fleet Forces Command support and cooperate with military and civilian members of the staff. Familiar with Navy manning priorities and policies Experience with analysis tools and web based applications that track manning such as Tableau, COGNOS, or MyNavyAssignment (MNA) Ability to communicating in various formats to include the use of software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Publisher. A high school degree or equivalent is required if contractor has at least 4 years’ experience with Navy manning priorities and policies. A Bachelor’s degree is required if contractor has at least 2 years’ experience with Navy Manning priorities and policies.
