Job responsibilities: Reports to General Manager Providing experience to our guests as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond. Following company Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy workplace. Other duties as required. Food and Beverage - Front of House Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: servers, bartenders, host, beverage cart attendant, concession stand attendants (Ranch House). Lead scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Participate in budget process. Execute all events on property (small weddings and tournaments) Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant. Golf Operations - Front of House Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents, Outside Service Agents. Lead scheduling, and inventory management. Participate in budget process. Collaborate on purchasing. Collaborate on rate management. Lodging Operations - Front Desk / Housekeeping Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents and Cleaners.
