Requirements:California Bar license is mandatory.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.Strong academic credentials reflecting a solid legal foundation.Ambition to create an extraordinary career in complex litigation. Skills:Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take on significant responsibilities.Proficiency in structuring effective discovery plans.Experience in taking and defending depositions.Expertise in managing document-intensive cases.Drafting skills for dispositive motions and legal arguments.Thorough preparation for trial proceedings.
