Responsibilities: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their travel preferences and needs. Create and present enticing travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences. Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel arrangements. Collaborate with our network of partners to secure accommodations, transportation, and activities. Close sales and secure bookings, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualifications: Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is a strong advantage. A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular destinations. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using booking and reservation software.
