The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times. Responsibilities: • Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.• Policing the grounds and parking areas.• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request. Compensation : $16.00/hour35% apartment discount where available. Excellent benefits package, medical, dental with employer-paid portion, 401K with employer match, ROTH, vision, and voluntary benefits. EOE Requirements: Must have reliable transportation.
