Dollar Loan Center Job Description Job Title: Pay Per Click Digital Campaign Specialist Department: Marketing Reports to: Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer FLSA Status : Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and manage PPC campaigns. Conduct keyword research. Monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed. Analyze data to optimize campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance. Monitor competitor campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop ad creatives and copy for PPC campaigns. Collaborate with marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall strategy. Requirements for Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/GED 5+ years experience with PPD digitals campaigns. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Can manage multiple projects at one time. Enjoys analyzing data and making changes based off that. Can hold vendors and agencies accountable to deliverables. Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Speak, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish a plus. High level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and detail oriented skills.
