With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we deliver top-notch services while prioritizing environmental responsibility.Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team either on a full-time or part-time basis. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources operations for our company, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is preferred.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviewing, and orientation. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes. Preparing Certified Payrolls for clients Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the transportation or service industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Knowledge and experience in Certified Payrolls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite. Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).
