(“ARSI®”), a comprehensive receivables management company, incorporated in Kansas, serving clients locally and nationwide, is accepting applications for Paralegal/Legal Assistant in our Wichita and Dodge City locations. We are looking for full-time team members that are motivated and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual ability is a requirement for these openings. Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to: Handling requests for information and consumer calls Processing pleadings and mail, performing data entry, as well as electronic filing Attending court with attorneys, to provide assistance to attorneys and consumers Previous experience in civil law is a plus Prior computer experience, including Microsoft Word, is required A valid driver's license is required Bilingual ability is a requirement!
