Duties:Provide clients with updates on their cases.Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.Evaluate claims and assess potential outcomes.Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients.Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with clients, colleagues, and insurance representatives. Requirements:Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to become licensed in Georgia.Experience in evaluating claims and assessing potential outcomes.Superb negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to become licensed in Georgia. Skills:Strong negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to evaluate claims effectively.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
