Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem and recommended solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in drain cleaning or related field preferred. Knowledge of plumbing systems and drain cleaning equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
