Position: Dealership Internet/BDC DirectorJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dealership Internet/BDC Director. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership's internet and business development center (BDC) operations. This includes managing our online presence, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute internet marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website and generate leads- Implement best practices for lead management and follow-up to ensure a high conversion rate- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our internet/BDC efforts- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our internet/BDC operations- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance in internet/BDC functions- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize efficiencies and resultsQualifications:- Prior experience in internet/BDC management within the automotive industry- Proficiency in CRM software and other digital marketing tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of current internet marketing trends and best practicesIf you have a passion for driving sales through innovative internet/BDC strategies and a track record of success in this field, we want to hear from you.
