Description:
Audiologists offer a range of audiological services at the Health Center, ENT office, and other outreach sites.These services include audiological evaluation, electronystagmography, evoked potential testing, real ear analysis, industrial hearing conservation services, hearing aid evaluation/dispensing, and aural rehabilitation. Responsibilities: - Maintaining and demonstrating competency in all areas of assigned client care needs and seeking additional information, in-services, or educational opportunities to remain competent and current.- Effectively coordinating schedules and assignments to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and meeting deadlines and commitments to customers, including patients, other physical medicine staff members, and other members of the healthcare team.- Administering and evaluating videonystagmography tests.- Performing electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids for documentation of function and troubleshooting.
