Click here to learn more about FrankCrum! The Role You'll Play to Create Success We are excited to announce our search for a Vice President of Direct Sales ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by directing the national direct sales initiatives . Develops and implements strategic sales plans based on market research that support corporate strategy goals. Directs the implementation and execution of sales policies and procedures. Partners with the management team to ensure communications are coordinated, support the sales plan objectives, and meet organizational requirements that provide effective communications to prospects and clients . Leads, guides, and motivates the sales team to ensure targeted goals are consistently met. Represent company at trade association meetings, develop training material for current and incoming Business Consultants, and provide leadership guidance to sales team. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand our client base and increase market share. Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation activities. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives to establish and maintain relationships to close the deal and assist with the department's annual projected goal. Performs sales forecasting activities, reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates, and sets performance goals accordingly. Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policies to assist in promoting and advertising sales; communicates the strategy and techniques with necessary individuals. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. Recommends budget and analyzes and controls expenditures. Stays up to date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage. The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include knowledge of sales strategies, as well as company services and products. A minimum of eight (8) years of sales and managerial experience needed, PEO experience is desired. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field is required. Valid Florida driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently is needed.
