Position Description Job Summary We are a growing Company building our Wood Center of Excellence for our wood ceilings/panels offerings. In line with this, our Strongsville Ohio location is currently recruiting a Edgebander Operator. The position is a 2nd shift position, reports directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for the set-up, operation, shut-down and troubleshooting of the Edgebander Machine in the Strongsville Machining area.Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour plus $1/hr - shift differential for work on 2 nd shiftHours: 2 nd shift, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Monday-Friday, OT as needed Required Qualifications * GED/HS diploma preferred* 3-5 years machine operation experience in manufacturing setting preferred.* Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-based environment* Must have a willingness to learn other machine operations within the Strongsville Machining area* Must have the ability to work overtime if required Legal Statement Saint-Gobain provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
