<p><strong>Responsiblities&nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>Planning:</em></p><ul><li>Work with Program Managers to ensure session dates are published on GSE calendar</li><li>Confirm instructors, SMEs, and Executive speakers</li><li>Secure meeting/training space in office or off-site locations</li><li>Manage session scheduling and logistics for live or virtual (Zoom) sessions</li><li>Order catering (as needed)</li><li>Coordinate Onsite/Offsite welcome and celebration events</li><li>Coordinate with Hotel for Hotel booking links</li></ul><p><em>Program &amp; Attendee Management:</em></p><ul><li>Work with Instructional Design team to ensure course offerings are added and edited as needed</li><li>Work with Engagement Managers to understand demand for courses.</li><li>Add participants to rosters and send communications</li><li>Launch enrollment / registrations for sessions</li><li>Work with program managers and system administrators to ensure seamless registration process</li><li>Manage enrollment and waitlist.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and respond to email or Slack communications regarding program logistics</li><li>Provide pre-class support for questions about preparation and pre-work, triage as needed</li><li>May be called upon to project manage new initiatives when needed</li></ul><p><em>Preparation:</em></p><ul><li>Assist Program Manager with posting and/or distribution of pre-work</li><li>Order materials</li><li>Schedule printing and shipping</li><li>Submit Service Requests (room set-up / other)</li><li>Confirm staffing</li></ul><p><em>Content Creation:</em></p><ul><li>Work with Program Manager, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers to create and/or modify workshop content to reflect current products and sales methodology</li></ul><p><em>Execution:</em></p><ul><li>Record attendance</li><li>Distribute materials</li><li>Assist attendees onsite or virtually</li><li>Support Instructors, including review of materials for compliance with corporate &amp; GSE branding</li><li>Measure program effectiveness via post class survey and summarize results</li><li>Manage follow-up communications &amp; distribution of materials</li><li>Upload any recordings, other assets and materials</li></ul><p><em>Post Event:</em></p><ul><li>Ensure completion records are accurate</li><li>If applicable, reconcile billing from vendors and submit for payment</li><li>Recommend and implement changes to improve attendee registration and classroom experience</li><li>Update checklists for any revisions needed prior to next session</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning technology</li><li>Experience managing projects, programs, and events for sales organizations</li><li>Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite</li><li>Strong analytical skills: understand data and delivery results</li><li>Experience with process improvement; demonstrated ability to innovate to increase efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Must be highly organized and Detail oriented&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Other Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects on time and on budget</li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.60/hour - $40.80/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K</p>
