Lead Sales Specialist - Gas Recompression / ILI Synergies Are you interested in working in our Energy Transition Space? Join our Process & Pipeline Services Team Partner with the best This will be a customer-facing staff, that is responsible for winning business. They will also be contributing to the Baker Hughes sales plan in a specific region. Lastly, they will be defining sales strategies for targeted clients.As a Sales Lead Specialist you will be responsible for: Ensuring the full awareness of and compliance with, the requirement of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE, and emergency procedures. Preparing for approval and action of sales plans, sales visits, technical papers, and strategies. Coordinating with other departments, etc., to optimize efforts and minimize costs. Generating customer inquiries & coordinate tenders/contracts/credit verification, ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes policies. Promoting and selling group Pipeline Services (Gas recompression and ILI Synergies) in a structured, planned manner to increase existing market share and establish new customer(s). Having frequent and extensive travel within the US market as required. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales) Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales. Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Have experience in Process & Pipeline Services.
