The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing insurance defense matters, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction, and other insurance defense proceedings. They will have opportunities to work both individually and as part of a strong legal team, providing top-notch customer service to a wide variety of clients. The attorney will be free to direct legal strategy and litigate according to their style while ensuring compliance with Nevada State Bar regulations.Duties:Manage insurance defense matters focusing on bodily injury defense, construction, and other insurance defense proceedings.Think creatively to meet the unique needs of clients.Provide top-notch customer service to clients.Direct legal strategy and litigate cases according to individual style.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense.Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and in good standing with the State of Nevada Bar.Juris Doctorate required.Additional licensure in other States is a plus.Education: Juris Doctorate required.Certifications: Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and good standing with the State of Nevada Bar.Skills:Strong litigation skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Creative problem-solving abilities.Customer service-oriented mindset.Benefits Offered: The firm offers benefits such as a 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
