The Role: As a key member of the procurement team, you will strategise procurement initiatives, foster supplier collaborations, and lead internal coordination for supply needs. Collaborate with cross: functional teams to monitor inventory and maintain procurement efficiency. Responsibilities: Oversee purchasing operations, exhibit exceptional leadership Develop purchasing strategies to optimise processes Cultivate and manage strong supplier relationships Negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines effectively Coordinate with fellow managers to monitor inventory levels Maintain accurate supplier database and purchase records Secure advantageous supplier agreements Requirements: Proven experience of working as a Purchasing Manager, Buyer, Procurement Manager, Buting Manager, Purchase coordinator, Purchasing Executive within Manufacturing/Engineering industry Track record in sourcing, price negotiation, and stakeholder management Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:30 Friday: 07:30 to 12:30 Benefits: Enjoy 33 days off (including statutory days) Benefit from a 5 employee/3 employer contribution split Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Empowerment to shape strategic procurement practices Collaborative work environment driving excellence Why Apply?
