The Original Fit Factory is seeking a p art-time P ayroll Assistant to join our team in Henderson, NV. This position will b e responsible for payroll preparation and processing to support our fitness and wellness brands such as T ruFusion , N iyama Sol , and Fit Factory USA . Main Responsibilities: Assist with input of employee timecards and attendance records Verify accuracy of hours worked Respond to employee inquiries regarding paycheck issues Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity Assist m anagers to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information Help handle other payroll-related tasks and projects as assigned Assist with filing payroll paper documents (terminations, status , actions, garnishments, etc.) Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures Maint ain discretion and judgement in handling the highest level of confidential information Work within daily and weekly deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll and related employee documentation Assist as needed in payroll reporting for various purposes E xperience Needed : High school diploma or equivalent required Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing, preferably for multiple entities and/or large teams of 150+ employees Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft programs: Excel, Outlook, Office 365 and Word required Experience working with a PEO preferred Experience with Mindbody online is a plus Benifits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Monday – Wednesday will be required.
