Department: Bootcamps Location: Home based, UK Reports to: Bootcamps Director Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: Depending on experience Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bootcamps Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the data, contract, and cohort performance of our bootcamp programmes. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring that we meet all of our contractual commitments, as well as driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation. The Bootcamps Performance Manager will work collaboratively across the business to build strong relationships and ensure that our programmes deliver exceptional outcomes for our learners. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse programme data to backss performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track programme performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Utilise data to drive decision-making and implement strategies to optimise programme outcomes. Contract Management: Monitor and manage all contractual commitments related to bootcamp programmes. Ensure that programme delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations. Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to contracts. Cohort Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of individual cohorts within bootcamp programmes. Identify trends and patterns in cohort data to inform programme adjustments and enhancements. Work closely with functional leads to support cohort success. Process Optimisation: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline programme operations. Continuously evaluate and refine programme processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to improve workflow.
