You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $115,500 at plan earnings About Company: We are one of the fastest-growing independent Real Estate brokerages in Northeast Wisconsin and rapidly expanding to cover the entire state.
