The ideal candidate will bring excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team. Large law firm experience, along with a demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and client relationships, is highly desirable. Clerkship experience is considered a plus. Duties:Work on both corporate and litigation matters within the firm.Independently manage projects and client relationships.Collaborate effectively as part of a small and dynamic team.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.Draft legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.Conduct legal research and analysis.Assist in courtroom proceedings, if necessary. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar and eligibility to practice law in Michigan.Excellent academic credentials. Skills:Strong writing and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage projects.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Large law firm experience.Clerkship experience is a plus.
