Requisition ID: 71227 Job Description 2024 12 month Coop starting in January. About Business Unit : Product and Test Engineering is part of Skyworks' Technology and Manufacturing Group, which has responsibility for advanced technology development, central engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, sourcing, and supply chain. Position Summary : The Product and Test Engineering team located in Ottawa has a challenging opportunity for a student available for a 12 month work term starting in January 2024. As a Product Engineering Co-op student you will be responsible for developing Test Solutions, sampling products during the development phase and transitioning products from development to high volume mass production. Skyworks’ Ottawa PETE group is mostly response for Wifi 802.11 RFICs, Modules and WLCSP products. You will be working closely with team members, and may work with engineers across multiple functional teams as needed. Day to Day Responsibilities : Developing automation scripts in Visual Basic, Python, Java and Labview Publishing data reports Manual testing of product Evaluation Boards using bench equipment.
