They are looking for a skilled Pre-School Lead & Childcare Manager to join their team. You will provide exceptional care for up to 60 children aged 3 months to 5 years. Responsibilities: Overseeing care and support for children in the nursery. Leading and supporting the pre-school team and classrooms. Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a nursery management role. Hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification. Sound knowledge of EYFS requirements. Able to commute to Chichester, PO19, or relocate for the role. Flexibility to work 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
