You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, and contribute to the ongoing ERP upgrade project. Your expertise will make you the focal point for all ERP matters within the team. ERP Engineer applicants should have experience with: Enterprise Resource Planning, Visual Studio, SQL, VBScript, VBA, C#, Syspro ERP, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel: SSRS or Crystal Reports, Business Systems. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and configure ERP systems, including application interfaces and reporting solutions. Design, configure, implement, and maintain the Syspro ERP system and its database backend. Serve as a senior point of escalation for ERP-related matters within the team. Propose and implement business process improvements, coordinating technical implementation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement processes and systems aligned with strategic business goals. Develop a strong understanding of organizational structure, policies, and processes to recommend appropriate solutions and improvements. Document ERP business processes and solutions.
