Review of Incident Reports and escalation to appropriate departments. Ensure Training Checklists are completed by all the officers. Regular audits equipment at site. Ensure proper documentation is in place for footage release, graffiti, BOLOs, etcetera. Create reports for store openings and closings. Ensure Liability reports are up to standards. Footage review and isolation Prepare crime maps and do monthly audits. Assist with Performance Review Training and implementation of site guards Prepare monthly statistics and summary reports. Drafting memos on behalf of manager Updates to employee files internally at site Qualifications to become a Administration Security Officer at Metropolis: A valid security guard license and first aid card Available to work Monday to Friday 0800-1600 Above average command over Microsoft Excel and data tracking Time- Management skills Ability to multi-task Written and verbal communication Attention to detail Organizational skills Have a clear criminal background Be eligible to work in Canada SSVAN.
