As Director of Intrapreneurship and Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the delivery team who develop people and ideas through the use of world class facilitation and leadership development. This distinctive approach is system and organisation wide, leading to greater impact. Position: Director of Intrapreneurship and Innovation Location: Remote Hours: The organisation has a full time working week of 30 hours over 4 days. Salary: £61,698 for a 30 hour working week (37.5 hour working week, full time equivalent £74,037). Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 09:00 on 7th September 2023. Interview Date: 16th September. The Role You'll join the team at an exciting time, we are working with Health and Social Care Partnerships to help people live well, at home for longer. Supporting local authorities, you will develop ideas that help implement The Promise and help small and medium sized charities to turn their ideas into action. About You You will lead the delivery team, ensuring they provide partners with the highest quality experience, supporting them to deliver on their purpose. To do this, you will have: A deep understanding and knowledge of facilitation. An ability to coach senior leaders. An understanding of the challenges facing the third and public sectors. Knowledge of how social impact is achieved. Openness to being coached. Knowledge of systems level change. Ability to design high quality learning interventions. Business development skills.
