As the lead for the team you will act as a technical focal point for both internal and external stakeholders, providing support throughout project concept to a full tender proposal. To facilitate engineering output from suppliers and other departments across the business, you will need to have commercial awareness and understand how to influence others to keep project on to the desired timelines. Communication is key for this role as you will be acting as a company representative and implementing improvements to process, tools and products. You will be expected to have a high level of written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to be successful. The ideal candidate will be able to own tasks and propose solutions, whilst coordinating several projects at once.
